After four months at sea with little exposure to Top 40 hits, I heard Maroon 5's "Love Somebody" on the radio for the first time late last night in the car. I imagined it with jazz chords all over the place, played real slow and sexy. Except I don't know how to play the piano! So this is what I came up with until a real pianist can help a sister out and make this the kind of sexy I think it deserves to be. I think this song rocks. And while messing around with it, I realized it reminded me a whole lot of another great song - "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" by Whitney Houston. They're like actually the same song through and through!
